Sign up for their mailing list a few weeks before your trip and they’ll often send you a “buy one” coupon that you can use on your next visit.
If you eat breakfast late enough, you can relax until dinner time. The portions here are so big that you won’t be hungry for hours, so you won’t need to eat lunch.

For a basic but basic breakfast, go to Venice and order from Casanova. It’s known for its great prices, despite its prime location on the Strip.

For those on a budget, this is not the cheapest option. But your meal includes bread, soup, salad, wine and an after-dinner espresso.

Or, again, stumble into the Stage Door Bar, at the back of the Flamingo, for a relaxed late-night meal. A beer and hotdog will set you back about $3!

Buffets are a Las Vegas staple and are practically the gateway to visiting this amazing city. And depending on the buffet you visit, it can be a great option for a budget visit to Vegas.
The Medley Buffet at The Orleans offers a buffet selection of the best value.
Wicked Spoon inside the Cosmopolitan is not the cheapest buffet, but it is one of the best if you want good taste. You can also add a bottomless drink to your meal for an additional $17 per person.
If you haven’t made it to happy hour, it might be a good chance to save some money.

Look for buffets that don’t close between lunch and dinner. Time to arrive at the end of lunch service (it’s cheaper).
Shop for snacks, drinks, Gatorade, bottled water, beer/wine, headache medicine, toiletries and more at CVS, Walgreens and more. Instead of overpriced hotel shops, shop here.
If you can get a hotel room with a refrigerator, ask your Uber driver to stop somewhere and get food before entering the hotel.
Hotel prices can be deceiving these days. Almost all hotels on the list charge a “resort fee” which you must pay on top of your room rate.

I looked at all the third party booking websites and Booking.com came out as the best price and random sales winner!
But if that doesn’t help, the Flamingo Hotel is one of my favorite places to stay for a reasonable price, even with the resort fee.
It tends to be a little less expensive, but has a great pool and is perfectly located in the middle of the Vegas Strip.
Casino Royale is located on the Strip and does not charge a resort fee, making it another great option to save money on hotels.

Being downtown or on Fremont Street will help your budget. Four Queens is another good option that doesn’t charge a resort fee.
You can try the $20 trick at check-in at any of your hotels. Put $20 (or more) between your credit card and ID and request updates.
Reception staff can usually move you to a larger room or, if available, a room with a better view. It’s not a guarantee, but it’s always worth a shot.
On a recent trip, we found a great house to rent in Las Vegas on VRBO. We had our own pool and for 10 people it was $40 per person per night!
