Art and music teachers have dedicated space and weekly instructions for all levels of study. Beginning in the 2021/2022 school year, we have expanded our music program, where senior high school students will have a full-time week of string and choir instruction.
We are global citizens! PLUS BSD partners with Christian schools abroad to offer student exchange programs and overseas activities that give our students the cultural experiences and skills needed to become global citizens. Guided by a Christian worldview and godly character – our students are equipped and encouraged to be a blessing to the wider community.
Led by the Christian Education Curriculum (ICE), an integrated curriculum that fosters academic competence, spiritual growth, and godly character formation in students, PLUS BSD nurtures the spiritual growth of each child.
All students are required to attend church services, morning worship, small group Bible study, retreats, and revival services. Middle and high school students with musical and spiritual gifts are invited to participate in the church service to lead the student body in music and praise songs during church worship. Students from kindergarten through high school also participate in church service programs – giving back their vocal and musical talents for the glory of God. Thanks to Band 2022, Fir Grove will be getting some modern updates in the near future. One such project is a playground for young students, especially up to K. We are looking for input from parents/guardians and staff on what the playground should look like. This project includes new playground equipment, among other facilities.
