Divide the children into equal groups of 3-4 children. Place a row of chairs at one end of the room to match the number of groups. Then line up the children in groups at the other end of the room and set up a starting line.
When you say GO, the first child must run to the chair with the ball, put it on the chair, sit on it and hit the ball. When they hit it, they run to their group and the next kid goes.
